Pulse Technology Services, L.L.C. (Pulse) is a progressive hardware and software development company specializing in the design, development, and deployment of technologies and management systems for law enforcement, judicial systems, and correctional institutions. Established by two Baton Rouge based technologists with strong histories of successful development of mobile, data management, and learning technologies; the Pulse eCitation platform is a comprehensive product suite designed to facilitate and automate the traffic citation issuance, management, and disposition process.

In conjunction with its sister company, Learning Sciences L.L.C., the Pulse management team has partnered with law enforcement since 2005. The company’s successes include work with the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement, POST Council, Louisiana State Police, Louisiana District Attorneys Association, and¬ multiple municipal police departments around the state to build high quality learning content and technologies that improve the ease, efficiency, and effectiveness of law enforcement.
